We know plans can change! If you need to cancel or postpone your service, we ask that you give us at least 10 hours' notice so we can organize our team.

• Cancellation with 10 hours or more notice → Full refund, no penalty.
• Cancellation within 10 hours of service → No penalty, but we appreciate being notified as soon as possible.
• If we travel and the service is cancelled on site → A $10 fee applies to cover our travel and organisation costs.
