We know plans can change! If you need to cancel or postpone your service, we ask that you notify us at least 10 hours in advance so that we can organize our team.

• Cancellation with 10 hours or more notice → Full refund, without penalty.
• Cancellation within 10 hours of service → No penalty, but we appreciate being notified as early as possible.
• If we travel and the service is cancelled on site → A $10 fee applies to cover our travel and organization costs.
